Privacy Policy
A plain-language explanation of the information MaxEscape receives when the site and generator are used.
Information you choose to submit
The generator receives the workplace topic, any custom situation you type, and generation preferences you select. A contact form may receive your name, email address, subject, and message if you choose to send one. Do not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, personal data about coworkers, or other sensitive information.
AI processing
Text-generation requests are sent to Google’s Gemini API. Image-generation prompts are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI. These providers process the information needed to return the requested output under their own terms and privacy practices. MaxEscape’s current Gemini API request is configured with storage disabled for the interaction.
Technical information and rate limiting
Like most websites, the hosting environment may create ordinary server logs such as IP address, request time, browser information, requested URL, and error details. The generator also uses a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address in short-lived local rate-limit files so a single connection cannot generate unlimited requests. The unhashed IP is not written into those rate-limit files by the application.
Generated images and text
The normal generator returns AI output to your browser. MaxEscape does not require an account and does not maintain a user gallery of private generations. Server and provider infrastructure may still retain operational logs according to their own policies.
Cookies and advertising
MaxEscape currently does not require non-essential advertising cookies to operate. If advertising, analytics, or another technology that requires consent is enabled later, this policy and the cookie notice should be updated before that technology is activated.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the contact page may be stored in a protected server-side message log and, if configured, forwarded by email for support purposes. They are kept only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, or address abuse.
Third-party links
Quote-source links and other external links lead to third-party websites. MaxEscape is not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices.
Children
MaxEscape is intended for a general professional audience and is not designed to collect information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
